Fiona had sat in her slave quarters for much of the day, not that she minded though. They were decorated with nice art since her master dealt in the artistic world, but she was growing bored of just sitting there and reading a book she had grabbed from the library. She spent every evening there when she was not tending to her master, and sharing the space with three other people became old quickly. Exiting the bedroom area she climbed the stairs and checked through one of the windows. It was snowing rather hard, and the wind was whipping hard against the windows, the wind ripping straight through her thin clothing.
So a stroll in the gardens was out. So her next choice was the library, it was one of the few places slaves were allowed to visit without permission. When she entered the grand room she did her best to be quiet about opening the door and cringed at the squeak it emitted before she slid through. Not many people were here, but she had to squint in order to see around because the candles did not give off alot of light around the room, and with blocked windows it didn't help.
Picking a large table off to the side, Fiona set her sweater down before browsing the aisles for a book. The good thing about vampires was they weren't too concerned about heretics or being beheaded because they read books that were against the catholic religion. Picking up a large book, that was actually about the lore of vampires, for the fun of it she went back to her table and lit the candelabra there before opening up and diving in.
